The result of a meticulous selection of 30+ year old Pinot Noir vines, this Blanc de Noirs Millésimé is made in oak barrels and vats to ensure its distinct delicacy. On the palate, the robust roundness of this exceptional variety of grapes becomes increasingly apparent as it reveals its many spectacular dimensions. Natural and noble, this vintage x has been made as
a very limited edition.
It is cloaked in an amber hue, topped with a generous effervescent foam, and sparkling with fresh acacia and vanilla.
